### Is texting leads legal?

Texting people who asked to hear from you is a normal business practice, and it comes with rules about consent, quiet hours and opt-outs. We register your business with the carriers, review the consent wording on your lead forms and honor opt-outs automatically. We are not lawyers, and this is not legal advice.

### What does it cost beyond the monthly fee?

Carrier and texting fees are passed through at cost with no markup.

### How long is the commitment?

There is a 6-month minimum. After that it is month-to-month with 30 days' notice.

### How long until it is running?

We complete the build within 14 days after we receive your intake form and your first payment. Texting begins once the carriers approve your business registration, which is up to the carriers and can take days to weeks.

### What if my county is already taken?

You can join the waitlist and we will tell you if it opens. We do not sell a taken territory to a second agency.
